Best Western Governors Suites

This was my second stay here. The staff went out of their way to meet my every need. Rooms are large and very comfortable; breakfast is excellent and the dining area is attractive and well kept. Any time I need to stay overnight or for a few days in Little Rock this is the Best Western I'll choose.

Crowne Plaza West

This hotel is amazing. I had stayed at it before when it was a Holiday Inn Select and it was fine. The renovations are incredible and they are to be commended. It's a totally new place. The staff was as friendly a staff as I've ever seen at any hotel. I could not walk by an employee without a smile and a hello. The coffee bar is better than Starbucks! Other hotels should take note. Thanks for a fabulous stay and I'll be back.

Doubletree Hotel Little Rock

We have stayed at another Doubletree before and was excited about coming to this one for a national convention. The service was good. The check-in was good, although the counter help was frustrated even though no one else was checking in. The room had a queen size bed, but it wasn't hardly big enough for a regular bed. Every request was quickly honored. Parking was a little bit of a problem, even though it was free. Not a major problem, but certainly not the same as valet. Iron was leaky, but functional. Price was very good, Value was very good. I would stay here again, but I hope the room would be larger. Great staff! Covenient to all events we had to go to. Not much in close restaurants of any kind. When feeding a family of 4 it is important to have access to fast food restaurants. Several are available but are not within walking distance.

Embassy Suites Hotel Little Rock
11301 Financial Centre Pkwy, Little Rock, Alexander,
I did not like the fact that pets are allowed in the hotel in any room on any floor. A guest got on the elevator with 2 huge dogs, and I saw a guest walking a small dog in the lobby and on the floor. This is neither safe nor sanitary.
